• Shape everyday life with heart and creativity: You accompany residents of a living group individually, actively shape their daily lives, and ensure variety, structure, and quality of life.

• You are professionally fit: You have a diploma as a nursing professional HF or an equivalent qualification and enjoy complex care and support situations.

• You bring experience: You already have experience in care and support or are motivated to acquire this knowledge diligently and take on responsibility.

• You communicate clearly: You maintain an open, appreciative exchange – with residents, relatives, specialists, and doctors.

• You are empathetic and team-oriented: Patience, humor, and calmness characterize you, and you actively shape collaboration in the team.

• You are open and eager to learn: You approach changes positively, use digital tools naturally, and continuously develop professionally.
