Your tasks - here you can unleash your potential

  • Leadership with impact: You take over the management of a geriatric living group with 19 residents and lead a team of around 13 employees with clarity, empathy, and team spirit.

  • Living team spirit: With your expertise, motivation, and an open ear, you shape a culture of appreciation within the team, promote individual employees, and lead with joy and foresight.

  • Shaping everyday life: The individual needs of the residents are at the center of MEINE 24 STUNDEN. In a collaborative partnership with the team, you further develop existing processes and recognize when changes are necessary.

  • Planning with foresight: You manage personnel deployment planning proactively and flexibly - tailored to the needs of the residents and the competencies and needs of the employees in the team.

  • Collaboration on equal terms: Whether with other living groups, specialist departments, or internal partners - you actively and solution-oriented promote cross-departmental exchange.

What you bring - you fit perfectly with us

  • Expertise with experience: You are a qualified nursing professional HF or FH with several years of professional experience, ideally in the field of geriatrics.

  • Leadership with attitude: Ideally, you have completed further training in leadership, team management, or coaching, bring experience in leading teams, and embody a modern, participative leadership style.

  • Business understanding: You are interested in business contexts and key figures and can present them understandably and practically to the team.

  • Change with a will to shape: You have the ability to actively shape changes and competently accompany teams in development processes.

  • Responsibility with initiative: You act with a high sense of responsibility, initiative, and entrepreneurial thinking.
