Your Tasks
Review, calculation, and disposition of additional benefits (supplementary benefits, allowances, and municipal subsidies)
Analysis and documentation of the economic and personal circumstances of the insured
Conduct supplementary clarifications, e.g., with official and social insurance offices
Examination of illness and disability costs in special cases
Consultation of pension recipients and their relatives (in writing, by phone, and in person)
Your Profile
Completed commercial training and federal social insurance specialist certificate or willingness to obtain it
Professional experience in the area of additional benefits or in another area of social insurance
Knowledge of the case application ZLPro is an advantage
Empathetic, communicative team player
Analytical, independent, and resilient person with the ability to think in a networked way
