Administrative Officer: Mail and Scanning (80 %)
The main department of social insurance ensures that the population of Winterthur is competently informed about various social insurance claims and that entitled benefits are reliably provided. Starting from March 1, 2026, or by arrangement, you will support our team in mail processing and scanning. Bring your commitment and actively shape this important area. Your Tasks
Processing incoming and outgoing mail as well as digital recording and filing of documents
Active participation in the digitization process
Supporting teams with administrative tasks in day-to-day operations
Compliance with data protection and security guidelines when handling sensitive documents
Collaboration with internal departments to ensure smooth mail flow
Your Profile
Commercial training and preferably initial knowledge in social insurance
Accurate and efficient working style
Good MS Office skills
Team player with enjoyment of independent work
Empathy and communication skills
