Your Tasks
Written and telephone contact with clients, health insurance companies, doctors, and Spitex regarding health administration
Verification, coding, and approval of premium invoices, service statements, as well as dental and medical bills
Processing of reimbursements for deductibles, franchises, or KVG premiums
Review of cost estimates for dental treatments, issuance of cost approvals and emergency treatments, as well as requesting and controlling reimbursements for school dental care
Seasonal intensive phases, e.g., for recording new policies in October
Your Profile
Commercial training, ideally supplemented with further education in the social insurance sector
Professional experience in the health insurance sector, ideally supplemented with experience in social assistance
Good knowledge of administrative processes and tasks as well as solid PC user skills
High social competence and good oral and written expression
Precise and independent working personality with assertiveness and a strong interest in health issues
