Administrative Officer: Quality Assurance and Support for Professional Guardianship (50 %)

The Professional Guardianship is responsible for the management of official measures in adult protection law as well as for personal assistance under social assistance law (excluding economic social assistance). Would you like to support the head of the main department and, as part of a competence center, the internal specialists starting from March 1, 2026, or by agreement? Your Tasks

  • Taking on secretarial and controlling tasks

  • Supporting the head of the main department in personnel processes

  • Carrying out organizational tasks in the areas of events, infrastructure, and appointment coordination

  • Creating and monitoring process flows, information sheets, and action instructions related to legislation

  • Guiding commercial interns

Your Profile

  • Commercial training (EFZ)

  • Several years of experience in a comparable position with expertise in process documentation and quality assurance (ideally from the fiduciary sector)

  • Service-oriented, discreet personality with sociability and quick comprehension

  • Fluent in German

  • Proficient in the use of IT systems
