Your tasks:
Management, coordination, and processing of new construction and renovation projects from development through planning, realization, and commissioning
Overall responsibility for costs, deadlines, and quality in architectural contracts and/or general contractor/subcontractor contracts
Point of contact for our clients, authorities, and planning teams
Ensuring project requirements and objectives
Preparation of condition analyses, renovation concepts, and feasibility studies
Your profile:
Technical training in construction with further education at a university of applied sciences or in project management
Understanding of plans, quality awareness, cost consciousness
Leadership personality in various construction projects
Analytical and solution-oriented mindset
Confidence in communication in both spoken and written form
High customer orientation
Reliability, sense of duty, resilience, team player
