Main Responsibilities
Breakdown assistance, towing service, replacement vehicle: Technical Assistance takes care of vehicle and other property damage. We ensure that the hassle remains as small as possible. As a contact person for insured individuals in Switzerland, we coordinate assistance on-site and onward travel in various languages. Additionally, we create insurance certificates for vehicles, accept damage reports (e.g., in case of storms, hail, or floods), or organize the return transport of a vehicle and cost management. You handle emergencies, organize assistance abroad, and support the organization of transports.
You ensure the flow of information by proactively communicating with customers, their relatives, service providers, and business partners both domestically and internationally.
You work closely with the internal & external contacts involved in the case.
For our exciting client spectrum, you address customer concerns and find solutions for them.

Your Skills and Talents
Language skills are central to this role. Therefore, you communicate fluently in German, French, and English, both orally and in writing. Italian or other languages are an advantage.
You have a winning, open personality and outstanding communication skills.
You have completed vocational training or have a high school diploma and possess commercial experience.
You are an organizational talent and always find solutions to various challenges.
You are technically savvy and can quickly familiarize yourself with various IT systems without problems. You are proficient in using Office.
