We are looking for reinforcement for our existing team starting January 1, 2027, or by agreement. Due to an upcoming maternity leave, there is room for a new valuable personality. You can expect an attractive and diverse range of tasks where you can contribute your strengths and take on responsibility.
The Wattenwil Retirement Center is home to around 90 residents and is supported by 150 employees with heart and commitment. We are a people-oriented and innovative company. The transformation is carried out and shaped together. A respectful interaction on equal terms is particularly important to us.
Your tasks:
Operational personnel administration from recruitment to departure
Registration and processing of social insurances and withholding tax
Assistance in payroll accounting and management of HR systems
Point of contact for personnel-related and labor law questions
Participation in projects and co-organization of various events
You bring:
Commercial work experience with further training as an HR officer
Interest in a supportive role with resident administration (max. 20%)
Enjoyment in contact with older people and a strong service orientation
Independent and structured working style with high communication skills
Trustworthy and valuable personality with good IT user skills
