ASSISTANT TO HR & MANAGEMENT 80-100%
with varied tasks in a lively environment

Are you looking for a varied job where no day is the same? In this versatile hub function, you are the central contact person for employees and managers, work closely with management, and gain exciting insights into many areas of our company. You can effectively utilize your organizational skills, social competence, and IT affinity.

Your tasks:

• Support the entire personnel process, from recruitment to onboarding and offboarding for all our Sportcard businesses (excluding payroll processing and social insurances)

• Manage the application process, time tracking, and training

• Organize and take minutes at meetings and events

• Provide administrative support to management and coordinate the office

• Take on the role of vocational trainer

What we wish for:

• Commercial basic training (EFZ) and further training as an HR assistant

• Experience in the HR field and as a vocational trainer

• IT-savvy personality with a passion for digital tools

• Very good MS Office skills, Abacus is an advantage

• Team-oriented, open personality with a lot of empathy and pronounced social competence
