Debt Collection Officer (80-100 %)

Your tasks – diverse and responsible

In this role, you will independently handle the processing in debt collection and ensure the timely and legally compliant execution of all transactions. This includes in particular:

• Issuing and delivering payment orders

• Processing continuation requests and executing seizures

• Participation in enforcement proceedings 

• Providing debt collection information and handling written and telephone inquiries 

• Counter and telephone service 

Your profile – commercially savvy and assertive

• Completed commercial basic training

• Professional experience in debt collection or bankruptcy advantageous

• Willingness to acquire specialist knowledge and pursue targeted further education

• Assertiveness and negotiation skills

• Discreet, reliable, and team-oriented personality

• Good manners and a confident and eloquent demeanor

• Independent, structured, and meticulous working style
