The Position
As a manager, you will lead the workshop, supervise and develop a team of 3 mechanics.
You will ensure the administrative management of the workshop (quotes, orders, invoicing, SAP, tool management).
You will also carry out maintenance, repair, and diagnostic work on construction machinery as well as maintenance of our customers' machines and our rental fleet.
Your Profile
You have a degree in construction machinery mechanics, agricultural machinery, or commercial vehicle technology.
You have several years of professional experience in the repair and maintenance of technical devices.
You already have experience in team management.
You are comfortable and experienced in preparing quotes, invoicing, and proficient in using IT systems, ideally with knowledge of SAP.
You know how to work in a team, and you enjoy taking on responsibilities.
You appreciate direct contact with customers and are commercially savvy.
Driving license category B (car).
