Technical Product Support 80% - 100% (Everyone is welcome)

Responsibilities

• Customer support for service and repair inquiries

• Scheduling for repair and service orders

• Preparation of cost estimates for repairs

• Support for work preparation for service and repairs

• Active communication with customers and service partners

Requirements

• Completed technical basic training (e.g., agricultural or construction machinery technology or comparable field) with commercial further education

• Several years of professional experience in repair and maintenance technology

• Very good German and English skills are required; French skills are an advantage

• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)

• High service orientation and enjoyment of customer contact

• Independent, structured, and solution-oriented working style
