Your area of responsibility and expertise:
Planning and execution of certification projects
Classification of changes into Minor/Major, Approval of Minor Changes
Creation and Approval of Certification Plans and documents for Compliance Demonstration (e.g. Stress Analysis, Test Reports) in the field of Structures & Stress
Communication with OEMs and authorities
Witnessing of certification tests
Advising the development department in the area of Airworthiness, participation in Design Reviews
Contributing to the continuous improvement of the design organization
The ideal qualifications are:
Degree in Mechanical Engineering (ETH/FH/TS) or comparable education
Several years of professional experience in the certification of aviation products, preferably as a CVE
Good knowledge of EASA Part 21 and Certification Specifications
Expert knowledge in the area of Structures & Stress
High quality awareness and a team- and solution-oriented working style
Very good English and good German skills, both written and spoken
