Your responsibilities
Bring technology to the customer—and ideas to the product.

At Seitz, you’ll work alongside our customers to develop high-precision valve solutions for the PET industry—an environment where technology, speed, and precision are crucial.

As an Application Engineer, you serve as the central link between the customer, the development team, and the product.

You understand applications, identify opportunities, and actively drive new solutions forward.

Your Responsibilities:

• Developing and helping to shape design concepts in close collaboration with customers

• Responsibility for the technical specifications of valve solutions

• Collaborating on complex development projects in an international environment

• Primary point of contact for technical customer inquiries and new applications

• Initiating and driving new product developments in the PET sector

• Building and deepening expertise in blow molding and valve technology

• Close collaboration with internal teams and external partners

Your Profile
What makes you successful

• Degree in mechanical engineering or systems engineering

• Several years of experience in product development (ideally >5 years)

• Experience with technically challenging products in an industrial setting

• Understanding of customer requirements and their translation into technical solutions

• Enjoyment of direct customer contact and international collaboration

• Very good German and English language skills

A plus:

• Experience in the field of PET / blow molding

• Knowledge of valve or fluid technology
