Your Tasks

Analysis, processing, and repair of customer complaints including documentation
Independent execution of service and repair orders in-house as well as at customers in Switzerland and the USA
Technical leadership of service operations on-site
Technical support for the quality department and development in the analysis of complained products
Participation in exciting projects such as product launches, process optimizations, and the establishment of new assembly workplaces
Active participation and further development of our service and assembly processes
Your Profile
That's why you are the right person
Technical basic training, e.g., as a polymechanic, production mechanic, electromechanic, or comparable
Several years of experience in assembly or technical service of an industrial company
Good German skills as well as English skills at B2 level
Good MS Office skills
Pneumatics knowledge is an advantage
Planning and organizational skills
Independent, structured, and reliable working style
Enjoyment of customer contact and technical challenges
Willingness to travel for national and international service assignments (approx. 30%)
