Your tasks

• Setting up, programming, and operating modern CNC cylindrical grinding machines

• Manufacturing high-precision workpieces with the highest quality requirements

• Conducting quality and deadline checks

• Ensuring economical and timely production

• Contributing to the optimization of manufacturing processes and machining strategies

• Actively participating in continuous improvements in the production environment

What you bring

• Completed training as a polymechanic EFZ, production mechanic EFZ, or comparable technical training

• Several years of experience in chip removal manufacturing

• Good CNC knowledge and enjoyment of high-precision machining

• Experience in CNC cylindrical grinding is an advantage

• Knowledge of cylindrical grinding machines is a plus

• Precise, structured, and independent working style

• Team player with a strong focus on quality

• Willingness to work in a 2-shift operation
