This is the Task
You are responsible for accepting repair orders by phone and email for all of Switzerland
You question the exact error and schedule the appropriate service technician for the customer
You plan maintenance, training, and commissioning
You are responsible for vacation planning, illness, area organization, etc. in consultation with the service
Diverse administrative tasks also fall within your area of responsibility
What Convince Us
Technical or commercial training and at least 2-3 years of experience in the dispatch of service technicians or comparable
Experience in dealing with corporate clients
Good technical understanding
Resilient and independent personality who does not lose humor even in daily appointment chaos
Good German and French skills (m/s)
