You are a certified nursing professional HF/FH and also bring experience in administrative Spitex service billing? Would you like to apply your nursing expertise and understanding of administrative processes in a responsible professional role?

Then we look forward to you taking over the professional responsibility for customer administration Spitex from October 1st or by agreement and ensuring the operational daily business together with the team.

Your Tasks

• Professional responsibility for customer administration Spitex and support for the team in operational daily business

• Ensuring a correct, complete, and timely monthly billing run including review, approval, and follow-up processes

• Professional management and processing of rejections as well as clarifications with health insurance companies

• Establishment of operationally integrated performance controlling to provide professional support to the Spitex centers in the review of service evidence, documentation, and in-depth understanding of the nursing process, the legal foundations of billing (KVG, KLV, UVG), as well as the review logic WZW

• Application responsibility for Perigon

Your Profile

• Certified nursing professional HF/FH with several years of experience in administrative Spitex service billing or in a comparable function in health administration

• Confidence in professional leadership and coordination of employees as well as in managing administrative processes in daily business

• Solid knowledge in operational performance controlling in the Spitex environment, especially in the review of service evidence, systematic rejection analysis, and deriving measures to ensure billing quality

• Analytical, structured, and responsible working style as well as enjoyment in professional coordination and interface work

• Solid IT application knowledge
