Team Leader Competence Center 100% (m/f/d)
Your Tasks
Professional leadership of the competence center (3 employees, work integration, and VID)
Possible practical training of KV trainees in rotation
Processing our external and internal customer inquiries – by phone, via email, and in the CRM
Entering and processing company and personal data in our CRM system
Execution of all orders from the sales field service
Interface to resource planning and course administration for creating new courses
Recording the special prices of our corporate clients in the CRM system
Monitoring timely registrations for corporate courses
Support and collaboration with project managers for work integration
Your Competence DNA
Completed commercial basic training with several years of professional experience in internal sales – preferably in a similar position
Very good MS Office skills and experience in using CRM programs
Fluent German skills – foreign languages are an advantage
Resilient and open personality with a customer- and team-oriented demeanor
Willingness to cover our opening hours on-site (07:30-17:00)
