YOUR TASKS
Recording and managing error reports and communicating them to the customer using 8D reporting
Defining, implementing, and ensuring corrective and preventive measures
Supporting production with internal complaints
Defining inspection plans in the CAQ system
Conducting internal audits according to the audit plan
Supporting measurement tool management
Creating and conducting quality inspections with suitable measuring and testing tools and ensuring complete documentation
YOUR PROFESSIONAL AND PERSONAL PROFILE
Completed technical training in the metal sector (poly-, production mechanic, plant or apparatus construction, metal construction)
Further education in quality management or in training
Professional experience in quality assurance
Good English skills in spoken and written form
Good knowledge of Windows, MS Office, Outlook, ERP systems, and CAQ
Independent and structured working style
Responsible with a high degree of initiative
Strong communication skills, resilient, team-oriented
