Responsibilities
Friendly reception and care of customers, suppliers, and visitors
Support our customers via phone and email
Assistance in operational purchasing
Obtaining and comparing offers
Order management and maintenance of supplier and item data
Creating offers and processing orders
Support in internal sales
Requirements
Completed commercial training with a technical flair
Very good German skills, French is an advantage
Enjoyment of customer contact and pronounced service orientation
Structured, reliable, and independent working style
Confident handling of MS Office, ERP knowledge is an advantage
