Main Responsibilities

Are you looking for an exciting summer job where you can really make a difference?

For the months of June to September, we are looking for motivated students who would like to support us in Assistance. During this time, you have the opportunity to contribute in one of our two departments: the Medical Operations Center or Technical Assistance. Together we will find out which area suits you best.

• Direct contact with people in challenging situations

• Organization and coordination of assistance services domestically and abroad

• Work in an international environment with various languages

• A dedicated team that supports and trains you

Your Skills and Talents

• You have completed a high school diploma, commercial school, or an apprenticeship in a commercial environment and may be enrolled at a university or university of applied sciences, looking for employment during the semester break

• You are willing to work in shifts and occasionally on weekends (2-3 times a month)

• In addition to German as your native language, you speak French at B2 level; any additional language is an advantage

• High service orientation and enjoyment of contact via telephone characterize you

• You are helpful and enjoy supporting people

• You are technically savvy and can quickly familiarize yourself with IT systems

• You remain calm and positive in hectic situations
