Responsibilities
Technical application testing of coating materials as part of development projects
Technical application product comparisons
Maintenance and repairs of paint mixing machines at the factory, in sales outlets, and at customer sites, including in the Romandie
Handling software for machine tinting
Telephone customer consultation in German and French
Processing complaints on-site and internally in German and French
Assisting in the preparation and execution of customer training and trade fairs
Designing and producing samples for customers and exhibitions
Writing technical and internal reports
Oral and written recommendations for internal and external customers
Education
Completed vocational training as a painter or master painter
Professional Experience
2 - 3 years of professional experience, ideally in a similar role
Expertise
German spoken and written, French spoken
Good IT skills
Personal Qualities
Self-responsibility and independent work
Very good manners and a well-groomed, friendly appearance
Driving license class B
Flexible and motivated personality
