We are looking for a committed individual for our Basel location as

Specialist in Occupational Safety and Health Protection (m/f) 80% – 100%

Your exciting tasks:

• Support and advise management regarding occupational safety and health protection

• Ensure compliance with occupational safety and health protection regulations at all locations and divisions of the Spaeter Group

• Coordinate and support local occupational safety officers

• Maintain and further develop the existing occupational safety and health protection system

• Conduct risk assessments and internal audits

• Assist responsible parties in accident and incident investigations

• Communicate with official bodies and occupational safety-oriented institutions

• Maintain and further develop the QM system (ISO 9001)

Your skills are in demand:

• Completed technical apprenticeship (EFZ) or completed technical degree

• Further education as a specialist in occupational safety and health protection with federal diploma

• Several years of relevant professional experience

• Confident demeanor and resilient, assertive personality

• High initiative, structured thinking, and strong communication skills

• Very good oral and written German skills, as well as French and Italian skills are an advantage

• Willingness to travel within Switzerland
