Your tasks:

In this versatile and interesting role, you will take on the technical and managerial responsibility for the heating department, thus being responsible for technical and personnel matters. You will lead the department according to business principles, be responsible for acquiring new contracts, and ensure the execution of projects. Externally, you will represent our company, maintain and develop the department as well as the network. In addition to overarching responsibilities, you will also organize day-to-day operations, handle projects and problem cases, and monitor quality, deadlines, and costs.

Your profile:

For this exciting challenge, we are looking for an interested and established personality with a completed training as a heating installer EFZ and/or a completed training as a building services planner, specializing in heating. Ideally, you have completed a subject-specific higher education and have many years of professional experience in a managerial position in the field of building services.

You demonstrate high social skills and manners, are characterized by entrepreneurial and solution-oriented thinking and acting, and are familiar with the peculiarities of the specific market. Employee management and customer care are also among your strengths, and a confident demeanor, business acumen, and a sustainable leadership style round off your profile.
