Responsibilities
You will be fully responsible for the after-sales area at our locations in Oberentfelden, Boswil, Rickenbach, and Aclens, together with the site managers.
You will take responsibility for budget, revenue, and results, ensuring that our customers can always count on first-class service.
You will strengthen the technical know-how in the team, promote potentials, and lead people to shared successes.
You will recognize technical challenges early and coordinate solutions that truly make a difference for employees and customers.
You will accompany and develop our employees, promote team spirit, and foster a culture where people enjoy working.
As a direct contact person for management, you will contribute your ideas and actively shape the future success of our after-sales.
Requirements
A completed training as an agricultural machinery mechanic or in a related technical profession, ideally supplemented by commercial knowledge.
A business management further education.
Very good German and English skills; French is a plus.
A pronounced hands-on mentality, authentic leadership skills, and the ability to engage and inspire people.
High organizational skills, flexibility, resilience, and conflict resolution skills.
Motivation, sense of responsibility, and a high quality standard.
Willingness to travel within Switzerland.
