Our departments of Civil Engineering & Works will be managed separately starting in 2026. For the newly created position as
Administrative Officer mbA / Project Manager Civil Engineering + Works (80 - 100%)
we are looking for you immediately or by agreement to strengthen our team.
In this role
you will take over all administrative tasks of the department (permit applications, invoicing and accounting, etc.)
you will support us with municipal wastewater, civil engineering, water supply, and water projects, up to and including construction accounting
you will independently handle individual, smaller projects
you will draft applications and decisions for the respective matters
you will assist in combating neophytes
you will advise our clients and
you will provide information on general inquiries
you will support us in the administration of the ARA Furthof wastewater treatment plant
you will supervise our apprentices
If you
have a commercial basic education, preferably in public administration, civil engineering draftsman, or technical merchant
bring work experience in project administration and ideally already know the processes in public administration
can demonstrate very good IT user skills (Microsoft Office)
have impeccable oral and written communication skills (letters, applications, instructions, etc.)
