In this position, you will be responsible for the entire product lifecycle management of sterile surgical consumables (laparoscopic consumables, sterile single-use instruments, dressings, etc.) for hospitals and outpatient clinics. Your task includes capturing the needs of users (surgical staff, surgeons, etc.), designing and realizing a needs-based product range, daily product management, and marketing your products to users (marketing materials, advertising and promotion, pricing, activities). You will drive the development of your product area together with sales and the international corporate division in a powerful and customer-oriented manner. You will advise users on technical questions and engage with selected surgeons and KOLs to support sales marketing. As a team player, you will work enthusiastically and purposefully with internal interface partners and customers. A strong, interdisciplinary team (Sales, RA, SCM, Purchasing, Digital, Finance, Corporate Division) will support you in all these tasks and looks forward to having you!

Competencies:

• Completed commercial vocational training with corresponding further education in Marketing or surgical specialization

• Two to three years of practical experience in product management of sterile surgical products, knowledge of the mechanisms of the hospital business or the surgical environment

• Strong project management skills, structured and analytical working style, and a good sense of customer needs

• Team player with drive, passion, and a positive attitude combined with a solution-oriented hands-on mentality

• Fluent in German and good knowledge of English (spoken and written), knowledge of French is an advantage
