What you can achieve with us

• You lead the entire Competence Center Manufacturing – series production, prototype construction, components for toolmaking, and apprentice workshop – holistically, economically, and future-oriented.

• You develop structures, processes, technologies, and competencies further and shape the direction towards a modern, high-performance manufacturing center.

• You lead your team of 8 employees clearly, appreciatively, and goal-oriented – including further development, coaching, and promotion of employees.

• You manage the operational daily business, optimize manufacturing processes, and prepare the equipment for production. If necessary, you support the team during bottlenecks.

• You are responsible for the key figures, drive Lean and continuous improvement measures forward, and further develop structures, processes, and technologies.

• You lead the sub-project that aligns our series manufacturing competence for the future and drive the change to success.

What you bring

• A completed basic training as a polymechanic EFZ and further training as a process specialist or equivalent.

• At least 5-10 years of manufacturing experience, project management experience, and solid knowledge in operating and programming CNC machines.

• Know-how in turning, milling, sawing; ideally additionally profile bending, welding, as well as CAD/CAM.

• Very good German language skills; additional languages are a plus.

• A personality that embodies leadership: resilient, assertive, communicative, proactive, structured, and socially competent.
