Test Technician / Test Engineer for Plugs, Sockets, and Terminals (m/f/d) 100%
Job Description
Testing plugs, sockets, multiple and intermediate adapters, extension cords, power strips, travel and fixed adapters, and terminals for compliance with standards
Creating test reports and conformity assessments
Independent project management including determining the time required for testing
Supporting our clients with normative questions
Qualifications
Basic electrical training, HF degree with a focus on electronics is an advantage
Experience with the standards IEC 60884, IEC 60947-7-x, IEC 60670 and/or IEC 61984 is an advantage
Professional experience in development or testing laboratory
Knowledge of installation materials is desirable
Entrepreneurial thinking and action
Diverse and quality-conscious personality
Independent, precise, and solution-oriented working style
Good PC skills (Microsoft Office: Outlook, Word, Excel)
Languages: German and English spoken and written, French is an advantage
