This is the task

• You are responsible for accepting repair orders by phone and email for the entire Switzerland

• You question the exact error and dispatch the appropriate service technician for the customer

• You plan maintenance, training, and commissioning

• You are responsible for vacation planning, illness, area organization, etc. in consultation with the service

• Diverse administrative tasks also fall within your area of responsibility

What convinces us

• Technical or commercial training and at least 2-3 years of experience in the dispatch of service technicians or comparable

• Experience in dealing with corporate clients

• Good technical understanding

• Resilient and independent personality who does not lose their humor even in daily appointment chaos

• Good German and French language skills (m/s)
