Sales Support for Corporate Clients (m/f/d)

This is the task

• Order processing for assigned areas (including representation)

• Spare parts sales/advice by phone

• Installation support in close coordination with the field service and customers

• Processing of phone, email, electronic orders

• Coordination and monitoring of the flow of goods including organization of the installation team

• Material orders at headquarters and with suppliers

• General administrative tasks (e.g. credit notes, direct debits, correspondence, etc.)

What convinces us

• Technical or commercial training

• 2-3 years of professional experience in sales support

• Resilient and independent personality

• Customer and service orientation

• Experience in dealing with corporate clients

• Technical understanding

• Very good German and French language skills (m/f) are essential
