This is the task
You will take on a central role in the further development of our area and actively shape changes. As Head of Sales, you will bring your experience to purposefully develop existing structures and introduce new impulses.
In this role, you will bear national responsibility for sales, revenue, and profit for our commercial product groups in laboratory, medical, and dental technology in Switzerland and Austria.
You will develop the strategy, analyze the market, expand the Key Account area, and take measures with your sales team to increase sustainable profitable growth.
With your team of 7, you will acquire new B2B customers daily and help our customers raise hygiene standards.
Leading, training, and developing your team is part of your responsibilities.
What convinces us
Technical basic training and/or very good technical understanding, ideally supplemented by further training in sales or marketing (also business management additional training).
Experience in a leading sales position with corresponding success records.
Solid and expanded customer network in the field of medical and laboratory technology.
Strong leadership skills and a passionate sales personality.
Entrepreneurial thinking, high negotiation skills, and results orientation.
Fluent in German and French.
Good oral and written English skills.
