To strengthen our team in the Service Desk area, we are looking for immediately or by arrangement a/n Service Desk Department Head (m/f/d) 

Your tasks

  • Leadership and development of the Service Desk team

  • Ensuring high customer satisfaction through excellent service quality

  • Continuous analysis and optimization of work processes

  • Budget responsibility and reporting to management

  • Management of daily operations (ticket flow, monitoring, event handling)

  • Resource and shift planning

  • Collaboration with other departments to provide sustainable solutions

  • Monitoring market trends and integrating new technologies and working methods

Your profile

  • At least 5 years of professional experience in a leadership position in the Service Desk area

  • Higher IT specialist training (FH) or equivalent professional experience

  • Proven successes in leading and developing teams

  • Strong customer orientation and excellent communication skills

  • Entrepreneurial thinking and action

  • Good German and French language skills, both written and spoken
