To strengthen our team in the Service Desk area, we are looking for immediately or by arrangement a/n Service Desk Department Head (m/f/d)
Your tasks
Leadership and development of the Service Desk team
Ensuring high customer satisfaction through excellent service quality
Continuous analysis and optimization of work processes
Budget responsibility and reporting to management
Management of daily operations (ticket flow, monitoring, event handling)
Resource and shift planning
Collaboration with other departments to provide sustainable solutions
Monitoring market trends and integrating new technologies and working methods
Your profile
At least 5 years of professional experience in a leadership position in the Service Desk area
Higher IT specialist training (FH) or equivalent professional experience
Proven successes in leading and developing teams
Strong customer orientation and excellent communication skills
Entrepreneurial thinking and action
Good German and French language skills, both written and spoken
