To strengthen our team in the area of M365 Services, we are looking for immediately or by agreement an IT System Specialist with a focus on Citrix

Your tasks

• Support of our infrastructure in the areas: Citrix (Citrix Virtual Apps and Desktop, Citrix Cloud)

• Ensuring the stability of Citrix infrastructures and the necessary subsystems

• Monitoring Citrix environment

• 2nd Level Troubleshooting in the Citrix and Microsoft environment

• Execution of maintenance work as well as coordination and implementation of changes

• Participation in Change, Problem, and Incident Management

• Collaboration on ICT customer projects

• Creation and updating of documentation and user manuals

Your profile

• Completed basic training as an IT specialist EFZ or a comparable qualification

• Good Citrix knowledge. At least 3-4 years of experience.

• Experience in the areas of M365/Azure and Microsoft virtualization products is a plus.

• Communicative, team-oriented, and implementation strong

• Curious, motivated, and flexible, with a preference for dynamic growth areas

• Very good German skills (spoken and written), French skills are an advantage

• Willingness for occasional on-call duty as well as assignments outside regular working hours
