Responsibilities

In this role, you will be responsible for creating and developing extensive offers and primarily take on the following tasks:

• Creating offers for sanitary appliances based on plans and specifications

• Processing and updating order data

• Creating all documents during the offer phase

• Following up on created offers

• Clarifying customer inquiries and supplier questions

• General office work such as archiving, processing lists, etc.

Requirements

For these tasks, we are looking for a personality with the following profile:

• Completed training in the sanitary sector with corresponding further education

• High service orientation

• Fluent German in spoken and written form

• Independent and motivated working style

• Polite and well-groomed manners

• Proficient in MS Office applications, ERP experience is an advantage
