Seedamm Immobilien AG is responsible for the sustainable operation, maintenance, and further development of the Seedamm Center and the associated properties.

To strengthen the technical team, we are looking for a dedicated and reliable individual.

You have completed vocational training as a Facility Management Specialist (EFZ), bring several years of professional experience, and possess a good technical understanding. You work independently and responsibly, but also appreciate collaboration in a small team. Since the Seedamm Center is also open on Saturdays and evenings, we expect temporal flexibility. Additionally, you will take turns on call duty and must be able to reach the workplace within 30 minutes.

Your tasks

• Ensuring the smooth operation and maintenance of the buildings and technical systems

• Carrying out maintenance, servicing, and repair work

• Coordinating and supervising external service providers

• Resolving issues in daily operations and during on-call duty

• Co-responsibility for order, safety, and cleanliness of the facilities
