Founded in 1807, Musik Hug is one of the most traditional music houses in the world. A team of around 140 employees at 6 locations in Switzerland is dedicated daily to our music-loving customers. Your area of responsibility
You lead and advise, negotiate, and close – with persuasive power, expertise, and a passion for music.
You actively manage leads and accompany prospects from the first contact to the purchase conclusion.
You ensure first-class customer service – from consultation to sale to delivery.
You handle the administrative processing of purchase and rental contracts, including transport coordination.
You maintain and develop relationships with existing and potential key customers.
You participate in events and customer occasions and use them for customer retention and lead generation.
You take on the technical leadership of a small team and share your knowledge with colleagues.
You contribute to the strategic planning, budgeting, and further development of the sales area.
Who are you
Several years of sales experience in the music trade or in a comparable advisory-intensive environment.
Confident in closing sales and enjoying actively shaping customer relationships.
You work goal-oriented and independently, are sociable, and convince through empathy and enthusiasm.
Career changers with pronounced sales talent and a passion for music are also welcome.
Experience in leading and motivating a small team.
Very good communication skills, organizational talent, and high self-initiative.
Good business knowledge, fluent German, English is an advantage.
Eager to learn and motivated to continuously develop and learn new things.
