To strengthen our 9-member team, we are looking for a dedicated individual who acts as the first point of contact for external and internal referrals and ensures the smooth operation of patient interactions. If you enjoy direct contact with patients, have organizational skills, and are interested in actively shaping internal processes, we look forward to your application.
Start Date: from April 1 or by agreement
Your Tasks
You are the first point of contact for external and internal patient referrals, preparing them for medical triage and ensuring a qualified administrative admission in the system.
You personally receive patients, are responsible for patient admission, case data management, and the administrative follow-up of patient data (personal details, insurance).
You take on various coordination tasks between parents, doctors, and nursing staff.
You actively shape processes and optimizations of internal workflows.
Your Profile
Medical training (e.g., medical secretary, MPA) with a commercial flair or commercial basic training with experience in the hospital or insurance sector.
Solid knowledge of medical terminology.
SAP IS-H knowledge and good oral foreign language skills (English, Italian, French).
Motivated personality who likes to think outside the box and recognizes optimization potential.
