Specialist in Performance Management 50-70%

Revenue management plays a central role in ensuring complete and tariff-compliant service recording. The Performance Management department supports service providers in clinical everyday life, reviews and analyzes recorded services, and contributes significantly to sustainable revenue security through targeted evaluations and process optimizations. In close collaboration with various professional groups, the team makes an important contribution to the quality and transparency of service billing.
Start date: From April 1, 2026, or by arrangement
Your tasks
Consultation and support for employees of various professional groups in service recording
Daily review of recorded services for completeness and tariff compliance
Independent execution of service and process analyses
Collaboration in the further development of performance controlling
Maintenance and management of master data
Creation of service documents
Training and support for employees in using relevant systems
Your profile
Completed commercial or medical basic training (e.g., insurance specialist, MPA or FAGE with good administrative knowledge)
Professional experience in the healthcare or insurance sector
In-depth knowledge of tariffs in the area of outpatient medical tariffs as well as other outpatient tariffs
Ability to apply tariffs independently and correctly
Independent, motivated, and team-oriented personality
Networked thinking as well as innovative and proactive working style
Experience with SAP and IBI is an advantage, but not mandatory
