Construction Manager

Your Tasks:

• Organization of the construction site in residential, industrial, commercial, and renovation projects with supervision of costs, deadlines, and quality in general contractor, total contractor, or architectural contract relationships

• Collaboration and coordination with planners and contractors

• On-site construction management with active control of construction work

• Tendering, procurement, and management of construction accounting | Scheduling and monitoring of construction processes

• Construction handover and commissioning

• Support or takeover of project management as needed

Your Profile:

• Federal Diploma in Construction Management, Building Technology HF, or Architectural Draftsman EFZ with construction management experience

• Understanding of plans and cost awareness

• Confidence in dealing with SIA standards, laws, and regulations

• Good IT user skills

• Reliability, sense of responsibility, resilience, team player
