Head of Business Area Pressure Equipment 80-100%

Your Tasks

• Leading a specialized team of approximately 10 people (experts) in the field of pressure equipment, welding processes, and steel construction

• Economic management of the business area as a profit center and further development of services

• Strategic, operational, and personnel management of the pressure equipment business area within the Industry Services sector

• Technical responsibility for services in the area of pressure equipment, welding processes, and steel construction (e.g., conformity assessment, testing, certifications)

• Ensuring compliance with legal requirements (e.g., Pressure Equipment Directive 2014/68/EU, Pressure Equipment Ordinance SR 930.114, EN1090, and others)

• Customer support, proposal management, and acquisition of new contracts

• Participation in internal committees and further development of the management system

Your Profile

• University degree in mechanical engineering, process engineering, or comparable education

• Several years of experience in the field of pressure equipment, welding, and/or steel construction

• Several years of leadership experience, ideally with P/L responsibility

• In-depth knowledge of relevant standards and guidelines (e.g., ISO 9001, ISO 3834, EN 1090, EN 15085)

• Entrepreneurial thinking, high personal responsibility, open personality with strong communication skills

• Very good German skills, French and/or English are an advantage
