What you will achieve in this role

• As the Head of Industrial Installations, you will take overall responsibility for the technical, organizational, and commercial aspects of one of our industrial departments. Together with your team of around 50 employees, you will realize demanding projects in the pharmaceutical and chemical segments – from highly specialized process plants to clean rooms and automation systems to electrical infrastructures.

• The development of your department is particularly close to your heart. You will lead your employees both professionally and personally, plan personnel deployment, and accompany the qualification of your team. This creates a motivating environment where your employees can unleash their potential and achieve top performance.

• You will maintain existing customer relationships and further expand a strong network in the industry. With your competence and commitment, you will gain the trust of our customers, secure follow-up and additional orders, and position Selmoni as a reliable partner for highly sensitive industrial projects.

• With your overview and foresight, you will ensure that your department continues to grow and that projects are implemented at the highest economic and technical level. In addition, you will represent Selmoni at trade fairs and industry events and actively contribute your expertise to the further development of our services.

These skills distinguish you

• Completed basic education in electrical engineering

• Completed further training as an electrical project manager in installation and safety or equivalent

• Qualification as a federal certified electrician or equivalent

• In-depth knowledge of GMP, applicable industry standards, and industry-specific regulations

• A business management qualification is a plus and helps you further develop the department on a commercial level.

• Fluent in German and enjoy contact with people from different language regions. English skills are welcome but not a must.
