What you will achieve in this role

• You will independently take over the project management of renovations and new buildings of building installations in residential and commercial buildings, public buildings, and infrastructure facilities. This includes the entire process from the initial offer to the final billing and handover to the customer. Your comprehensive perspective ensures that every project is successfully and smoothly realized.

• You are the first point of contact for our customers for all concerns. Through your professional and proactive support, you build strong and trusting relationships. This way, they will always come back to you for future and complementary projects.

• You lead and coordinate your project team both technically and organizationally and plan the personnel deployment. Under your leadership, the team grows beyond itself and transforms milestones into success stories.

• You keep your knowledge up to date by attending specialist lectures and trade fairs and represent Selmoni in the region.

These skills distinguish you

• Completed basic education in electrical engineering

• Completed further training or on the home stretch as an electrical project manager:in installation and safety, ideally as a certified electrical installer:in

• At least three years of professional experience as an electrical installer:in

• Negotiation skills in German and enjoyment in contact with people from different language regions. French skills are therefore welcome but not a must.
