Area Sales Manager: Care & Medical Consultant (80%)
As an Area Sales Manager Care & Medical Consultant, you will strengthen our team in the sales area GE, VS. In this role, you will take responsibility for revenue and profit in your area and support our customer groups in nursing homes and Spitex. With your performance- and goal-oriented approach as well as your hunter mentality, you will succeed in acquiring new customers and building long-term customer relationships. Your pronounced sales flair and your ability to cross-sell across the entire range of IVF Hartmann AG will support you in successfully implementing all modules of our digital Hartmanneasy solutions (Order, Care, Analysis, Shelf, Inventory).
As a team player, you work closely with your colleagues and have an affinity for digital solutions and tools. You have good time management skills and are characterized by efficiency and effectiveness. Additionally, you communicate fluently in French, which helps you conduct customer training in the focus assortments of incontinence, wound care, and solutions competently.
Skills:
Completed vocational training in the commercial sector, ideally with further training in sales or healthcare, experience in long-term care is an advantage
Experience in sales with a pronounced sales flair, hunter mentality, and focus on acquiring new customers
Fluent French for customer support and training in the sales area, as well as decent German for internal communication
Performance and goal orientation, with strong revenue responsibility and affinity for digital solutions
Digitally savvy and efficient, with a strong sense of time management and structured work
