Sales Manager Switzerland - Pharmacies and Drugstores
100%
As the Sales Manager Switzerland for the customer groups of pharmacies and drugstores, you will lead our sales team across Switzerland. Through targeted coaching and regular field support, you ensure effective market engagement and the consistent implementation of the sales strategy. You are responsible for sales planning, define individual targets, and continuously monitor their achievement. In case of deviations, you proactively initiate appropriate measures to ensure target achievement. To further develop your team, you conduct regular performance evaluations and feedback discussions and promote a performance-oriented, cooperative team culture. Additionally, you strengthen the efficient collaboration between Key Account Management, Marketing, and Field Sales to optimally utilize synergies and sustainably secure market success.
In addition to your leadership role, you also take on the operational responsibility for the pharmacy chains in the Romandy region and actively drive the expansion of strategic partnerships. You confidently conduct contract negotiations, develop annual plans, and strategically and effectively implement assortment and marketing measures. In doing so, you analyze relevant market and customer metrics and strategically manage revenue, investments, and return on investment. Close collaboration with internal interfaces is a matter of course for you.
