Your main tasks

• You care for and accompany 6 adults with cognitive, physical, and mental disabilities.

• You enrich daily life with structured activities and support the personal development and independence of clients.

• You enable clients to participate in social life and advocate for their quality of life and integrity.

• You take responsibility for the social pedagogical process design.

• You work interdisciplinary with legal representatives, relatives, and internal and external specialists.

• You independently take on leadership tasks in consultation with the team leadership and represent them in their absence.

• You contribute to achieving departmental and operational goals as well as the further development of the Schürmatt Foundation.

What you bring

• Completed training in social pedagogy or social work HF/FH.

• Experience in supporting and caring for people with disabilities.

• Professionalism and knowledge in pedagogical action.

• Cooperative and partnership-oriented working style with an active feedback culture.

• Strong reflection and criticism skills, mental and physical resilience.

• Interest in leadership and willingness to develop further.

• Good IT user skills (Office 365).

• Willingness to work irregular hours, no night shifts.
