Your Tasks:

• Leading various construction projects in renovation and building renewal

• Creating construction programs and hour specifications

• Creating installation plans

• Planning, requesting offers, and purchasing relevant materials

• Deploying personnel according to specifications and performance values

• Managing and planning subcontractors

• Developing change orders and additional work

• Enforcing occupational safety regulations

• Measuring components and reconciling with the work contracts

• Ensuring the quality of the construction project

Your Profile:

• Diploma as a construction manager or engineering technician

• Extensive expertise in renovation, building renewal, and structural engineering

• Professional experience in a comparable role

• Negotiation skills, entrepreneurial thinking and action

• Initiative, assertiveness, resilience
