Content Creator (60-80%)
You are grounded but already thinking about the next story. You present the latest excavator as excitingly as a documentary about an innovative building that stores CO2.
You know that content for a local newspaper is different from a post on Instagram and you enjoy producing audiovisual content just as much as a PowerPoint presentation for a client event.
As Chief of Content aka Storyteller, you are the creative voice of Zindel United, responsible for social channels and communication both within and outside our diverse corporate group.
Your tasks
Storytelling with passion: You develop ideas, write posts, produce videos and photos.
People at the center: You accompany our employees and projects and tell their stories authentically and accessibly.
Trend awareness: You show internally and externally what is currently trending and occasionally try out new formats.
Responsibility: You set the pace and manage the entire content process – from the idea to the published post.
Event Management: You organize memorable experiences and sometimes buy a beer yourself.
Your profile
Creative, communicative, and curious
Experience in content creation (text, image, video) and confident in handling social media channels
Enjoy direct interaction with people – you like visiting construction sites, listening, and turning ideas into content
Passion for topics related to construction, environment, machinery, and people
